Oncology Clinical Research Associate

Job Summary

To support a global clinical program, the fully remote Oncology Clinical Research Associate will conduct site selection, monitoring, and close-out visits while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and advancing groundbreaking research.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits to ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, and protocol requirements
• Partner with investigative sites to develop and execute patient recruitment and enrollment strategies to meet study objectives
• Monitor study conduct and site performance, addressing operational issues and ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, life sciences, healthcare, or related discipline preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of recent on-site clinical monitoring experience in Oncology, specifically with Phase I studies
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, and oncology clinical trial protocols
• Proven ability to independently manage investigative sites and ensure high standards of data quality and patient safety
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and demonstrated ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively
