Oncology Clinical Research Associate

Job Summary

To support a global clinical program, the fully remote Oncology Clinical Research Associate will conduct site visits, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and partner with investigative sites to enhance patient recruitment and enrollment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits to ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, and protocol requirements
• Monitor study conduct and site performance, assess protocol adherence, and address operational issues to support regulatory compliance
• Maintain essential trial documentation and mentor clinical staff through training and collaborative study support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, life sciences, healthcare, or related discipline preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of recent on-site clinical monitoring experience in Oncology, specifically supporting Phase I studies
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, and oncology clinical trial protocols
• Proven ability to independently manage investigative sites and ensure high standards of data quality and patient safety
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and demonstrated ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively
