Oncology Clinical Research Associate II

Job Summary

To enhance clinical research initiatives, the full-time remote Oncology Clinical Research Associate II will manage site engagement, ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols, and mentor junior staff while driving data integrity and study performance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for investigative sites, providing support and ensuring adherence to clinical trial protocols
• Conduct site evaluations, training, and monitoring activities to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and improve study performance
• Develop and implement site engagement strategies to optimize patient recruitment and retention throughout the clinical trial process

Required qualifications

• Appropriate tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines (Medical, Scientific, Nursing) preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience, including 6 months in clinical research monitoring
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements and ICH/GCP Guidelines
• Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively
• Ability to leverage technology and tools for customer-centric support and site engagement
