Job Summary
Supporting early-phase clinical development, the full-time remote Oncology Clinical Sciences Director will translate scientific and clinical strategy into actionable execution across clinical trials, ensuring high-quality, decision-ready data through oversight of protocol execution and medical data review.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a clinical and scientific subject-matter expert for the assigned therapeutic area, focusing on protocol execution and data integrity
- Contribute to medical monitoring activities and assess subject-level clinical data to identify trends and emerging issues
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure clinical strategy aligns with study documentation and regulatory standards
Required qualifications
- Doctorate degree with 4 years, Master's degree with 7 years, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of clinical development experience
- 5 years of pharmaceutical clinical drug development experience, preferably in early-phase Oncology
- Proven track record of clinical trial process improvement
- Experience in designing, monitoring, and implementing clinical trials in compliance with Good Clinical Practice standards
- Strong communication skills for presenting scientific concepts and data to leadership committees
