A company is looking for an Enrollment Delivery Manager for Clinical Trials (Oncology).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the patient journey from qualification to enrollment in clinical trials
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth enrollment processes
• Develop and manage enrollment dashboards, track performance, and report to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in clinical trial operations or a related operational role in healthcare
• Experience managing complex projects across diverse stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of oncology clinical trial processes and patient enrollment
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/dashboard creation
• Ability to manage multiple trials simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
