Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Delivery Manager, Clinical Trials (Oncology).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee patient qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and enrollment processes
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain enrollment momentum
• Develop and manage enrollment dashboards, track performance, and report to leadership and sponsors

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in clinical trial operations, patient recruitment, or clinical project management
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across various regions
• Strong understanding of oncology clinical trial processes and patient enrollment pathways
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/dashboard creation
• Structured project management skills with the ability to handle multiple trials concurrently
