Oncology Concierge Technician

Job Summary

Assisting pharmacists and pharmacy staff in daily operations, the full-time Oncology Concierge Technician will manage patient and provider inquiries, coordinate medication deliveries, and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations while working remotely with a schedule between 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM CST.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first call resolution for healthcare providers and patients regarding pharmacy needs
• Communicate with patients and physician office staff to resolve issues and coordinate medication deliveries
• Perform pharmacy-related duties in accordance with state and federal laws and maintain a clean and safe pharmacy environment

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and licensed/registered as required by state law
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience
• Knowledge of pharmacy terminology and basic math skills
• Registration with the Board of Pharmacy as required by state law
• Intermediate typing/keyboarding skills
