Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Customer Service Support Representative to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle high call volume environment, averaging ~75 calls per day
  • Assist clients and patients with insurance coverage, financial responsibilities, and billing inquiries over the phone
  • Process credit card payments, document conversations, and update billing system records

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required, associates or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of applicable experience
  • Knowledge of professional medical billing and collection practices
  • Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 codes highly preferred
  • Medicare/Medicaid billing experience preferred
