Job Summary
A company is looking for an Oncology Customer Service Support Representative to work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high call volume environment, averaging ~75 calls per day
- Assist clients and patients with insurance coverage, financial responsibilities, and billing inquiries over the phone
- Process credit card payments, document conversations, and update billing system records
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, associates or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of applicable experience
- Knowledge of professional medical billing and collection practices
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 codes highly preferred
- Medicare/Medicaid billing experience preferred
