Job Summary

To support high-value enterprise customers, the independent contractor Customer Solutions Consultant will engage in consultative conversations, run tailored platform demos, and translate customer needs into actionable insights, all while working 100% remotely during US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consultative customer conversations with pharmaceutical companies and biotech firms
• Run platform demos customized to each customer's oncology workflows
• Translate customer feedback into actionable input for product development teams

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience in oncology, pharma, or life sciences
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical competitive intelligence or scientific consulting
• Strong consultative communication skills for engaging with scientific professionals
• US-level English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Background in life sciences, biomedical sciences, or oncology
