Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Oncology Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Customer Success Managers and maintain a region for Customer Success as needed
  • Partner with sales teams to ensure alignment with Customer Success Managers
  • Act as the internal champion for customer experience and handle client complaints or escalations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales or support experience, with at least 2 years in a customer success or client retention role
  • Proven track record of achieving customer success goals
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to work independently
