Job Summary

To ensure a frictionless onboarding experience for new oncology providers, the full-time Associate Customer Success Manager will monitor the sample lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and proactively resolve onboarding challenges in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the end-to-end sample lifecycle for new oncology providers
  • Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, Clinical Trials, and Sales to provide a unified onboarding experience
  • Identify and resolve potential bottlenecks in the onboarding workflow, advocating for providers within internal operations
Required qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare administration preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Clinical Account Management within genomics or personalized medicine
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Snowflake, PowerBI, or Tableau
  • Strong familiarity with Oncology and Genomics, including clinical workflows and liquid biopsy or genetic testing
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on action and influencing cross-functional teams
