Job Summary

Providing customer-facing support for CNExT and CAS software, the full-time remote Helpdesk Customer Support will troubleshoot, test, and document user issues while utilizing an active Oncology Data Specialist-Certified (ODS-C) credential and cancer registry experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver frontline support for software issues, managing help desk tickets from intake through resolution
  • Participate in software testing to ensure quality, functionality, and performance, documenting defects for development teams
  • Provide end-user technical support, write SQL queries, and contribute to internal and customer communications
Required qualifications
  • Active Oncology Data Specialist-Certified (ODS-C) credential
  • Associate degree with one year of related experience or high school diploma with three years of related experience
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across PCs, servers, networks, and relational databases
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, SQL Server, and Microsoft Access
  • Familiarity with Citrix, VMware, and related virtualization technologies
