Job Summary

To support cancer data management, the full-time Clinical Registrar - Tumor Registry will collect, compile, and maintain demographic and clinical data on cancer cases diagnosed and treated at Providence facilities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and maintain demographic, clinical, and follow-up data on cancer cases
• Extract data from various sources, including EPIC and Mosaic, for state and NCDB submissions
• Ensure compliance with standards set by the American College of Surgeons in all cancer registry work

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent education/experience
• Two years of cancer registry experience in lieu of an Associate's degree
• Certification as an Oncology Data Specialist from the National Cancer Registrars Association upon hire
• Minimum of two years of cancer registry experience
