Job Summary
Leading a team of Clinical Account Executives in the Southwest region, the full-time remote Oncology District Manager will shape and execute strategies to enhance leadership in Multiple Myeloma through customer engagement, account management, and compliant promotional execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and coach team members to maximize their strengths and career growth
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans with clear priorities and disciplined follow-through

Required qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Oncology experience, preferably in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies
