Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Delivery Manager, Clinical Trials (Oncology).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the patient journey from qualification to enrollment in clinical trials
• Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth enrollment processes
• Develop and manage enrollment dashboards, track performance, and report outcomes to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in clinical trial operations, patient recruitment, or clinical project management
• Experience managing complex projects across diverse stakeholders and geographies
• Strong understanding of oncology clinical trial processes and patient enrollment
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard/reporting tools
• Structured project management skills with the ability to manage multiple trials simultaneously
