Oncology Executive Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Biomarkers (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end biomarker strategy for oncology programs, including design and execution of correlative biomarker studies
• Lead Companion Diagnostic (CDx) strategy, managing partners and overseeing regulatory pathways
• Build and lead a high-performing biomarker team, managing budgets, timelines, and collaborations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Doctoral degree (PhD, MD, or MD/PhD) in molecular biology, genomics, bioinformatics, biomedical engineering, or related field
• Significant experience in drug development with a focus on oncology biomarkers
• Proven track record in delivering biomarker strategies and CDx programs
• Fluency in multi-omic data and molecular assay platforms
• Strong leadership skills in matrixed environments
