Oncology Field Medical Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MSL Field Medical Director, Oncology (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Field Medical Team members for high-quality scientific engagement in the multiple myeloma therapeutic area
• Translate medical and therapeutic area strategy into regional field priorities and execution plans
• Monitor regional field activity and performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent experience) required
• Strong understanding of the multiple myeloma disease area and clinical evidence
• Experience in Field Medical or Medical Affairs roles within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing field-based scientific professionals
• Experience in translating medical strategy into field execution and performance expectations
