Oncology Field Medical Director
Job Summary
A company is looking for an MSL Field Medical Director, Oncology (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Field Medical Team members for high-quality scientific engagement
- Translate medical and therapeutic area strategy into regional execution plans
- Monitor regional field activity and healthcare professional perspectives to identify improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of the multiple myeloma disease area and clinical evidence
- Experience in Field Medical or Medical Affairs roles within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing field-based scientific professionals
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners within Medical Affairs
