Oncology Field Medical Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MSL Field Medical Director, Oncology (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Field Medical Team members for high-quality scientific engagement in the multiple myeloma therapeutic area
• Translate medical strategy into regional priorities and execution plans
• Monitor field activity and healthcare professional insights to inform medical planning and identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent experience) required
• Strong understanding of multiple myeloma and the role of Field Medical within Medical Affairs
• Experience in Field Medical or Medical Affairs roles within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing field-based scientific professionals
• Experience in translating medical strategy into field execution and leveraging field insights for planning
