Oncology Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post Award Finance Oncology Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple oncology clinical trial projects, ensuring deliverables and compliance with regulations
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of team members while coordinating study subject management
• Assist in budget development, financial tracking, and addressing billing issues related to sponsored projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in health or science
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical trials experience, with oncology experience strongly preferred
• Certification in clinical research (SoCRA CCRP, ACRP, RAPS, or similar) preferred
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and regulatory requirements related to clinical research
• Experience with project management and resource allocation in a clinical setting
