Oncology Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post Award Finance Oncology Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple oncology clinical trial projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of team members while coordinating study subject education and eligibility
• Develop project budgets, track financial performance, and communicate project status to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in health or science
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical trials experience, with oncology experience strongly preferred
• Certification in clinical research (SoCRA CCRP, ACRP, RAPS, or similar) preferred
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP), ICH Guidelines, and FDA regulations
• Experience with project management and resource allocation in a clinical research setting
