Oncology Global Study Lead

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of oncology studies, the full-time remote Oncology Global Study Lead will manage the end-to-end design, execution, and reporting of clinical trials while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for the global study delivery strategy, including country selection and recruitment plans
• Drive vendor assessment, selection, management, and oversight to ensure compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines
• Lead risk management and quality efforts to ensure study compliance and continual inspection readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related discipline
• Extensive clinical development experience equivalent to 6 years as a global study leader in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO environment
• Proven operational experience leading global oncology clinical trials with knowledge of regulatory guidelines
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in a matrix environment
• Proven ability to proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure timely study delivery
