Oncology Global Study Lead

Job Summary

Accountable for planning and leading the delivery of oncology studies, the full-time remote Oncology Global Study Lead will manage the global study delivery strategy, vendor oversight, and compliance with regulatory guidelines while driving operational excellence and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the global study delivery strategy, including patient engagement and recruitment plans
• Manage vendor selection, engagement, and oversight to ensure compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines and sponsor SOPs
• Lead risk management and quality efforts to maintain study compliance and readiness for inspections

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related discipline
• Minimum of 6 years of clinical development experience as a global study leader, particularly in oncology
• Proven operational experience in leading global oncology clinical trials and knowledge of regulatory guidelines
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and negotiate in a matrix environment
• Proven ability to proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure timely study delivery
