Oncology Global Study Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end design and execution of oncology clinical trials, the full-time remote Oncology Global Study Manager will be responsible for developing delivery strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines while driving project success to meet quality and budget standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global study delivery strategy, including country selection and recruitment plans
• Drive the assessment and management of appropriate vendors for study execution
• Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines and applicable regulations for all studies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience as a global study leader in clinical development
• Proven operational experience leading global study teams in Oncology clinical trials
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills in a matrix environment
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues impacting study delivery
