Oncology HEOR/HTA Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Head, Statistics Oncology HEOR/HTA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of statistical activities for HEOR/HTA, ensuring compliance and alignment with business goals
• Oversee the development and execution of statistical methodologies and analyses, managing risks and ensuring quality and compliance
• Manage vendor relationships and budget for statistical services, driving operational excellence and innovation within the team

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; PhD preferred
• 10+ years of professional experience in statistics within the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in Pharma and 3 years in evidence generation
• A minimum of 5 years of line management and leadership experience
• Experience in Oncology and late-phase clinical programs
• Demonstrated expertise in HTA and Pricing and Reimbursement activities, with significant experience in RWD utilization
