Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Oncology Insights Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and advance the analytics vision for the Therapeutic Area to enhance data-driven decision making
• Lead the integration of secondary data sources to develop a unified view of patient journeys and treatment patterns
• Design and execute market research to address strategic business questions and synthesize insights for cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, scientific, or business discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in commercial analytics, insights, strategy, or consulting within pharma/biotech
• Strong experience with secondary data analytics and predictive analytics
• Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools; exposure to Python, R, or SAS is a plus
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly with senior leaders
