Job Summary

To lead the global medical affairs strategy for the Hematology portfolio, the full-time remote Oncology Medical Affairs Director will manage a high-performing team, drive evidence generation, and engage with external stakeholders to maximize the medical value of the assets.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the Global Medical Affairs Hematology Team, focusing on talent development and organizational effectiveness
  • Develop and execute the global medical affairs strategy for hematology assets, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities
  • Facilitate scientific engagement with external stakeholders, including opinion leaders and healthcare decision makers
Required qualifications
  • Doctorate degree with 4 years, Master's degree with 7 years, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of medical affairs or clinical development experience in the relevant therapeutic area
  • MD/DO, PhD, or PharmD preferred, with advanced training in a relevant specialty
  • 5+ years of clinical research and/or medical affairs experience in a leadership role within the biopharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in malignant hematology and evolving treatment paradigms
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems globally, including the U.S., Europe, and Asia
