Job Summary
Leading the US Medical Affairs team for solid tumors, the full-time Executive Director will develop and execute strategic medical plans, manage a team, and collaborate with commercial counterparts to enhance the oncology portfolio, focusing on lung and gastrointestinal indications, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage the medical strategy for all in-line indications in the solid tumor portfolio
- Oversee a team of medical affairs professionals, including budget management and personnel development
- Align cross-functionally with commercial teams to implement brand strategies and support evidence generation needs
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in medical affairs or a related field
- Proven experience in the US market supporting oncology product launches and lifecycle management
- Demonstrated success in leading medical organizations in oncology
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, DO, Doctor of Nursing, PA) preferred
- Experience in oncology care delivery is preferred
