Job Summary

Leading the US Medical Affairs team for solid tumors, the full-time Executive Director will develop and execute strategic medical plans, manage a team, and collaborate with commercial counterparts to enhance the oncology portfolio, focusing on lung and gastrointestinal indications, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and manage the medical strategy for all in-line indications in the solid tumor portfolio
  • Oversee a team of medical affairs professionals, including budget management and personnel development
  • Align cross-functionally with commercial teams to implement brand strategies and support evidence generation needs
Required qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in medical affairs or a related field
  • Proven experience in the US market supporting oncology product launches and lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated success in leading medical organizations in oncology
  • Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, DO, Doctor of Nursing, PA) preferred
  • Experience in oncology care delivery is preferred
