A company is looking for a Medical Director specializing in Oncology Treatment Experience, Insights & Education.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure robust medical affairs launch planning for managing expected adverse reactions
• Initiate activities to enhance healthcare professional understanding of toxicity detection and mitigation strategies
• Develop and lead strategies for medical specialist engagement across multidisciplinary care teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Medical Doctorate (M.D.) or equivalent; completion of residency and/or fellowship preferred
• Strong scientific knowledge of oncology treatment toxicities and multidisciplinary healthcare landscapes
• Minimum of 2 years of medical affairs experience; 5 years preferred
• Knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory requirements
• Proven leadership skills in a cross-functional global team environment
