Oncology Medical Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Medical Director, Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the physician reviewer for oncology cases and conduct peer-to-peer discussions to drive practice patterns aligned with value and quality outcomes
• Engage with oncology practices to share best practices and support evidence-based pathway adoption
• Collaborate on the design and execution of new value initiatives in oncology and assess the impact of interventions

Required Qualifications

• MD/DO/MBBS with board certification in Medical Oncology or Pediatric Oncology
• Minimum five (5) years' post-residency experience, with active clinical practice preferred within the past 2 years
• Current, unrestricted medical license (multiple state licenses preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Demonstrated leadership in practice transformation, value-based care, or clinical quality improvement
• Energetic and passionate about shaping the future of oncology care delivery
