Oncology Medical Director

Job Summary

To support an expanding oncology portfolio, the full-time Oncology Medical Director will manage clinical trial design and execution, serve as Medical Monitor for safety oversight, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute clinical trials as a core member of the clinical team
• Oversee safety monitoring and generate related documentation for clinical studies
• Collaborate with Development Scientists and Clinical Operation Leads to ensure high-quality clinical data acquisition and inform development strategies

Required qualifications

• MD or MD/PhD
• 5+ years of experience in oncology clinical trial design and execution within a bio-pharmaceutical development organization
• Experience working in global teams and a matrixed, remote working environment
• Aware of cultural diversity and able to manage in a multi-cultural organization
• Highest level of scientific integrity and impeccable work ethics
