Oncology Medical Director

Job Summary

Seeking a Medical Director for Oncology, this remote position will manage the electronic patient-reported outcomes (ePRO) program, support the frontline care team with clinical collaboration, and lead special projects and strategic initiatives to enhance cancer care delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the evolution of the ePRO program, ensuring measurable outcomes and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Provide clinical support and education to the frontline care team, participating in case conferences and offering oncology expertise
• Lead strategic initiatives, develop clinical protocols, and represent the organization in external meetings with partners

Required qualifications

• Board certification in medical oncology with at least 3 years of clinical experience post-fellowship
• An unrestricted medical license and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
• Experience with electronic patient-reported outcome (ePRO) implementation is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Proficiency in using technology, including video conferencing and electronic health records
