Oncology Medical Science Liaison
Job Summary
Functioning as a highly trained scientific expert in oncology, the full-time remote Oncology Medical Science Liaison will manage relationships with healthcare professionals, engage in scientific exchanges, and support the development of treatment protocols for locally advanced prostate cancer and other solid tumors.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary medical point of contact, maintaining expertise in oncology standards of care
- Develop and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and engage in scientific peer exchanges
- Provide insights from KOL interactions to internal teams and represent the organization at medical meetings
Required qualifications
- An advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD, MSN, or NP/PA) is required
- For MSL: A minimum of 2 years of MSL experience, including 1 year in oncology
- For Senior MSL: A minimum of 5 years of pharma experience, with 3 years in oncology or rare diseases
- Working knowledge of standards of care for prostate cancer is required
- Prior product launch experience is necessary
