Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director - Molecule Lead, Oncology in the Client Delivery Unit (Clinical Trials) with a remote-based position in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for clinical drug development projects from early phase to commercialization
• Engage with client leadership to build effective working relationships and drive project delivery
• Oversee project risks, ensure optimal performance, and support the continuous improvement of business processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare training
• 15+ years of clinical trials experience, including 4 years in clinical program leadership
• Proven experience in developing and managing budgets and resources
• Clinical drug development experience with a focus on Oncology
• Strong financial acumen and strategic leadership abilities
