Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Nurse Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor Nurse Team Leads to enhance leadership skills and team performance
Set performance metrics and implement improvement plans based on data analysis
Ensure compliance with NCQA standards and represent nursing leadership in cross-functional forums

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and an unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
At least 8 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in a leadership role in oncology
Certification as an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or equivalent
Proven experience in coaching and mentoring nursing teams
Experience with performance management strategies in a remote environment
