Oncology Nurse Navigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Nurse Navigator for a 2:30 - 11 PM EST shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide triage, support, and education to members throughout their cancer journey via phone, email, and video communication
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and facilitate end-of-life care discussions while managing member health
• Coordinate care and provide clinical support across the oncology care continuum, addressing member needs and collaborating with healthcare teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a compact unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license
• At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in solid tumor oncology nursing
• Oncology-related certifications such as OCN, AOCN, AOCNS, or CCM required or to be obtained within 2 years of hire
• Compact + single state licensure in New York and/or Illinois licensure is preferred
