Oncology Nurse Navigator (RN)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Nurse Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide triage, support, and education to members during their cancer journey through various communication methods
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and facilitate end-of-life care discussions while managing member health
• Coordinate care and support members throughout the oncology care continuum, addressing their needs and collaborating with the healthcare team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a compact unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license
• At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in solid tumor oncology nursing
• Oncology-related certifications such as OCN, AOCN, AOCNS, or CCM required or to be obtained within 2 years of hire
• Compact or single state licensure in New York, Illinois, Michigan, and/or California preferred
