Oncology Nurse Navigator (RN)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Nurse Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide, support, and advocate for Members and caregivers throughout the cancer care journey
• Oversee and provide holistic, culturally competent, and evidence-based nursing care
• Facilitate healthcare delivery and coordinate care across multiple providers and facilities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of oncology experience and 3 years of oncology navigation experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) required
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or other ONCC certification required
• Current RN Compact License required
• Obtain American Cancer Society Leadership in Oncology Navigation (LION) within 3 months of hire
