Oncology Nurse Navigator (RN)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Nurse Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide triage, support, and education to members throughout their cancer journey
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and facilitate care coordination
• Engage with members to address clinical issues and manage escalations effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a compact unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license
• At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in solid tumor oncology nursing
• Oncology-related certifications such as OCN, AOCN, AOCNS, or CCM required or to be obtained within 2 years of hire
• Compact and single-state licensure in New York and/or Illinois is preferred
