Oncology Nurse Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Nurse Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage frontline nurse teams to ensure high standards of clinical care and operational efficiency
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to team members while driving productivity and performance
• Act as an escalation point for clinical issues and foster collaboration across teams to enhance service offerings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a multi-state, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) compact license
• At least 8 years of nursing experience, with 2 years in a management role within oncology or case management
• Certification as an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse (AOCN), Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Specialist (AOCNS), or Certified Case Manager (CCM)
• Experience in healthcare operations, particularly in oncology, with a focus on team leadership
• Proficiency with technology and comfort in learning new tools relevant to patient care and team management
