Oncology Patient Scheduler

Job Summary

To support the UHealth Department, the full-time remote Oncology Patient Scheduler 3 will manage the scheduling workflow for patient procedures, oversee lower-level schedulers, and ensure effective communication with medical staff and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees the scheduling workflow of all departmental patient schedulers
• Provides daily scheduling reports and triages diagnostic schedules to maintain accuracy
• Assists in training and evaluating scheduling staff while implementing new scheduling techniques

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with quality assurance in scheduling or call monitoring
• Ability to lead and train scheduling staff effectively
• Proficiency in handling confidential information with discretion
