Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service in a remote environment, the full-time Patient Scheduler 2 - Oncology will manage complex scheduling for diagnostic therapies and procedures while ensuring accurate communication with patients and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Schedules complex treatments and coordinates procedures with attention to detail
• Handles high call volumes, providing information and education to patients regarding appointment preparations
• Obtains and verifies demographic and insurance information to ensure accurate scheduling of CTU appointments

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a scheduling or healthcare environment
• Familiarity with complex medical terminology and scheduling protocols
• Experience utilizing scheduling software and multiple computer applications
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
