Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time Oncology Patient Scheduler will coordinate and schedule complex diagnostic therapies and treatments remotely while interacting with patients, physicians, and medical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Schedules complex treatments and ensures accurate coordination of procedures and exams
• Communicates with patients to provide information and verify demographic and insurance details
• Manages high call volumes and educates patients on appointment preparations

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a scheduling or healthcare environment
