Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Oncology Product Management and Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads a team of product managers in executing the portfolio strategy
• Drives development and execution of multi-year product strategy based on customer insights and market dynamics
• Partners with internal teams to define and execute product strategies for long-term growth

Required Qualifications

• B.S. Degree required; preferred in Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, or related field
• 15+ years in the diagnostics/biotech/pharma industry
• 10+ years in leading product management teams or adjacent functions
• Experience in managing oncology products, especially regulated products
• Strong technical background and understanding of technology platforms for molecular and pathology-based testing
