Oncology Program Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Early Development Team Leader to lead cross-functional teams in early oncology asset development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional oncology asset teams and serve as the main point of contact for executive management
• Drive the generation and execution of program strategies and Integrated Development Plans with a multidisciplinary team
• Create, manage, and optimize timelines and financial metrics for multiple projects while ensuring effective coordination across functions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, academic, or medical research environments
• Significant drug development leadership experience, particularly with early oncology asset teams
• Proven ability to lead and influence data-driven strategy planning and implementation
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience in managing and mentoring staff
• Ph.D., MD, MBA, or advanced degree in biomedical sciences or a related field
