Job Summary
To lead government-sponsored clinical research projects, the full-time remote Oncology Project Leader will manage project execution, maintain client relationships, and oversee deliverable quality while mentoring staff and collaborating across departments.
Key responsibilities
- Accountable for the technical, scientific, and fiscal execution of research projects through collaboration with various departmental teams
- Sets project team priorities, ensures quality processes, and maintains deliverable timelines
- Serves as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing needs and engaging in new opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years, Master's with 6 years, or PhD with 3 years of project management experience in a research environment
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex clinical trials or research projects
- Strong knowledge of clinical research management and operations
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with sound business judgment
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams
