Oncology Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of oncology studies, the full-time remote Oncology Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on clinical trials while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and managing project budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for the global study delivery strategy, including country selection and recruitment plans
• Drive vendor assessment, selection, management, and ensure compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines
• Lead risk management efforts and contribute to process improvement initiatives across project teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline
• At least 6 years of clinical development experience as a global study leader in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
• Proven operational experience leading global oncology clinical trials with knowledge of regulatory guidelines
• Strong leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills
• Experience in managing change and delivering projects in a matrix environment
