Oncology Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of oncology studies, the full-time remote Oncology Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end design, execution, and reporting of clinical trials while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and managing project budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for the global study delivery strategy, including patient engagement and recruitment plans
• Drive vendor assessment, selection, management, and oversight to ensure compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines
• Lead risk management efforts and contribute to process improvement initiatives within project teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline
• At least 6 years of extensive clinical development experience as a global study leader in the pharmaceutical or CRO environment
• Proven operational experience leading global oncology clinical trials with knowledge of regulatory guidelines
• Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills in a matrix environment
• Experience in proactive issue identification and resolution to ensure timely study delivery
