Oncology Project Manager

Job Summary

To support biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager, Oncology will manage global project teams, ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines, and act as the primary liaison with clients to drive successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate efforts of the global project team across various functions to achieve project milestones
• Ensure project tasks are completed according to plans and comply with company processes and procedures
• Develop strong client relationships to generate new business opportunities and assist in proposal development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical, biological, or science-related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in the CRO/Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Specialty Pharma industry
• Experience with budget management and project-level finance
• Proven ability to manage complex trials across multiple phases and full lifecycle
• In-depth knowledge of Oncology therapeutic areas and protocols
