Oncology Project Manager Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Project Management - FSP (Client Embedded) to oversee global clinical trial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and subject matter expert between the sponsor and the organization at the project level
• Drive and own the strategic direction and overall delivery of cross-functional projects, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets
• Manage risk identification and issue resolution while ensuring project team compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in medical or biological sciences; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of relevant experience in clinical project management, particularly in Oncology
• Experience with regulatory submissions and program management
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage complex projects
• Preferred experience in cell therapy study management and project management certification
